Symbiosis National Aptitude Test 2014-2015

Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) Test is mandatory written test for admission into any Post-Graduate programme Symbiosis International University. This is the first step of admission of Symbiosis International University.A candidate has to undergo the selection process of the desired Institute to qualify for the admission. Symbiosis National Aptitude (SNAP) test conducted by Symbiosis International University (SIU),Pune. In process of admission candidate are required to submit applications in individual colleges.



ELIGIBILITY FOR APPEARING IN SNAP 2014











  • Graduates in any discipline from statutory university with minimum of 50% marks (45% for SC/ST candidates) for all Master of Business Administration programs








  • The candidate should have completed 21 years of age and needs to be a citizen of India.



  • Examination pattern for SNAP 2014 

     Type of exam- SNAP 2014 will be a hand written  aptitude test .

     Total number of Question - 150

     Total Time Duration - 2 hours or 120 minutes

     Correct attempt- 1 marks for each correct answer 

     Incorrect attempt- negative marking of 1/4 mark for each wrong answer

    SNAP Syllabus 2014


    • Analytical Logical Reasoning- Verbal ability and Reasoning test design to test student ability of identify patterns or relationships between groups of sentences and words.

    • General English-In this section question will be from Reading Comprehension, Verbal Reasoning, Verbal Ability .to test the ability to comprehend text and influenced by their traits and make inferences.

    • Quantitative, Data Interpretation & Data Sufficiency-Number system, geometry, trigonometry,probability, permutation combination, algebra, mensuration, time and work, averages, percentages,profit and loss,quadratic and linear equations,etc.Interpretation and analysis of data based on text, table, graphs, venn diagram, chart and etc.

    • General Awareness-In this section question will be from General Knowledge, Current Affairs & Business Scenario

    • Logical Reasoning- Logical Reasoning question to check the applicant ability to ratiocinate and evaluate problems. like solve clock, calendars binary logic, seating arrangement, blood relation and other logical sequence.

    SNAP 2014 Important Date

     Registration Date - 3rd September  2014 - Third week  November  2014

    Downloading of admit cards - First Week of December

    Test Dates - 21st December 2014

    Declaration of Result:- 1st Week January  2014

    PI- WAT - 1st week of February
